Mag, I see your point, you could argue that they are still beginners. I always use that term for someone who is just starting out. If after say a year they have not progressed they are no longer beginners. This game is full of beginners in their fifth year. As for The Jumbo, well lets say he has the most unusual swing of anyone I play with. He is a very large human, hence "The Jumbo". Jumbo is famous for using his putter from the sand, and his woods like wedges. Strange? Yes, but entertaining and effective. This is the first year in our 7 year battle that I have had to give strokes. Have a good weekend and hit em good. Or toss em good. TH
