Qualcomm (Nasdaq:QCOM - news) and Sierra Wireless (Nasdaq:SWIR - news)
The two companies announced Thursday night that Sierra would acquire Qualcomm's CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) module business. Terms were not disclosed.
