It sure looks like bankruptcy in the future of this company. Short or Buy -- Bad idea. Once some of the high and mid management has been changed, and bankruptcy completed, then consider purchase, and next (soon after) consider simultaneous sell and short (momentary), and finally .......

I apologies to followers for not informing them of this stock early on.
