Kit, There is no way you can sell fast enough to miss the dividend, so, yes, you are a holder of record if you held the shares as of June 14.

Although I recommend selling DSI now, I see no reason to accept a downtick. The closer we get to conversion date, the higher the price. Right now, it looks like a lot of folks are just happy for the pop and bailing at any price. I plan to wait for a better seller's day. Yesterday was better than today. I would want to sell in one swell foop, not piecemeal it. So, you may have to give it a couple of days of digestion problems before you can punt all at one trade.
