I guess I worded the issue improperly. If everyone is looking at rigs utilization and the limiting factor is actually personnel, then those people are going to miss the boat because dayrates will skyrocket long before utilization gets to "tight" levels. If personnel is just a problem but not a limiting factor then dayrates will slowly climb as rigs are brought into service and new crews are trained. I am curious which scenario is more likely to play out.

Yep, and my guess is that in the latter case the fabs won't run as soon as I'm hoping.
