NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2000--VoIP
Telecom, Inc. (OTCBB:VOPT) ("VOPT") has announced the acceptance of
its registration by Moody's Investors Service in New York.

Company's filing was approved today by Moody's. VoIP Telecom will
appear in that prestigious company's forthcoming manual, scheduled for

revenues projected to be in excess of $30 million.
