Cap't, scumbria: sour grapes. if it was your inventions wouldn't you want to be paid? bite the bullet- buy your short pos. back and go long. I'm not short. I've got a straddle which is performing quite handsomely. Concerning the IP, the Rambus claims to SDRAM invention appear very minimal. As an IP company, they seem to be able to hold the industry hostage with even those minimal claims. Scumbria
