NOK may not sell 1X handsets produced by Telson without a 1X agreement with QCOM. It is almost comical that this deal is even in the press. This deal gives NOK no further access to 3G than they had before. Telson does not have an ASIC license from the Q either. Nonetheless, I applaud NOK's efforts to reinforce their nonexistent position in Korea.
