primarily technical, Rob.....dead cat bounce sort of thing. But also the possibility of a takeover. From what I have read, their product portfolio is not that bad at all and like I've said before, it would give the likes of a LU or Nortel( but probably a more Euro or Asian company )that last piece of the puzzle for a complete package offering. I believe considerable synergies could be achieved. I just believe the management leaves alot to be desired; they may not know THAT but I suspect they, at least, may be coming around to the inevitibility that they can't go it alone. BWIK..... whaddya think? L
