Toshiba is licensed, AudioVox is not. AudioVox puts its label on Toshiba phones >>Telson in licensed, NOK is not. << Nokia doesn't need a license to slap their label on Telson's phones. The manufacturer needs the license, not the distributer.

<<Telson in licensed, NOK is not. Yes, and that's just fine with me. You see, I don't care one bit about the fine technicalities, or the "capitulation" thing. it just doen't matter. What does matter is that NOK is Telson's customer, and Q is the ASIC supplier. Why should anybody care about anything else? NOK is buying from Q, through a Korean company. It starts that way, and the volume avalanches every quarter, while Q is getting paid. Who cares who gets the invoices as long as they are paid? regards
