I figured that was already factored into the price - or most of it. The reason I went long was because Hitachi agreed to pay a higher royalty for the license for mfg. of DDRAMs. That sends a clear signal to Micron and others who are hold outs and contenders with DDRAMs, the only viable alternative. I suspect that Rambus may have sweetened the deal with Hitachi to get the weighting of royalties toward the DDRAMs license - great strategic ploy.

Right you are ! Weakness in the nasdaq and general public uncomprehension of what rambus is, is creating a nice buying opportunity today. Perhaps on monday the second wave of smart money will start taking long positions...ya think ?
