Nokia has other CDMA manufacturing agreements since 1997. they've had several chances to purchase Q's Asics through these agreements (yet, they've continued to produce their own); what makes this 2g Telson agreement different from the others - because it's Korea instead of Brazil or Austria?

...Nokia will leverage its CDMA competency to provide the design and user interface for the products and provide specifications and product requirements...

providing design, user interface, product requirements, and "specifications" provides a broad interpretation.

so do I buy MORE Qcom because they made another 2g manufacturing agreement? what makes this agreement different from the others?

Makes perfect sense samim. It appears what will happen is a slow and steady "coming into the fold" for Nokia. That will go to our bottom line, Nokia is happy and Q is appreciated for what it really is again. I presume the stock price will follow. :)
