You are welcome. While it is true that I am a bit of a wonk, and read policy magazines that most people wouldn't touch, some of these, at least, have gotten plenty of publicity, so I am a bit baffled myself.......

I've heard of them, but I expect we all agree that there are still problems in the school system which need to be addressed.
