Marc Roberts does have a note out strongly implying that this is capitulation on the part of Nokia. CNBC mentioned it a little while ago. Nokia will be selling CDMA phones with Q ASICs. (If CNBC's interp is correct -- have not seen an article or the note itself.)

kate...the market is giving us time NOW to load up on Q shares, unlike it did last year with the ERICY announcement.

I haven't done margin in awhile.
