Re: the government

Since you have brought this up, I2, I would like to respond because I have some strong feelings related to this subject.

Now Qualcomm is another story. For the first time since October of 1998, the simple 14-3-3 stochastic is turning up from very oversold on both the Daily and Weekly time frames. That last time this occurred, 18 months ago, QCOM subsequently ran from 5 to 200. The risk versus reward here looks highly leveraged as there is a double bottom in place around 60, which should serve as a fail-safe exit, with new highs the target. In other words, from current levels the risk is about 15%, the reward about 200%.
