I agree with Russell. With the rise in the CRB this year and the whole energy complex, along with a much slower economy moving forward, the reality of stagflation coming on the scene over the next year is a genuine possibility. Interesting how the NAZ reversed abruptly yesterday at the 50% corrective retracement level from the April lows. The Natural Gas stocks, long considered to be the best sector in a Bear Market, have risen very nicely this here. I expect the Dow and S@P to decline along with the Nasdaq in the next leg down, giving final confirmation of a bear market.
