I'll be very surprised if "full resolution" includes WCDMA, but I've been wrong all day in my tea-leaf reading.

Kieth. NOK has waited too late to strike a deal and lost part of their negotiating power. All knowledgable parties should see that as 1X MC in various countries draws closer and China becomes more of a reality---including Chinese manufacturers owing nothing to NOK, QCOM is in a position to drive a harder and harder bargain, ah la giving NOK a 50 to 100% higher royalty than others. I think QCOOM should do so in order to attempt to convince NOK that spreading FUD and stalling has cost them and will cost them even more from here on. This is quite proper because NOK is now seeking to license a technology that is field proven and well eveloped.
