I think yes.. They got themselves a licenced contract manufacturer to do all that stuff for them. This way, they have instant CDMA competency too. Reminds me of my decision between reseeding my lawn or laying turf on. I had them lay turf. It was ready in 1 day for my son's upcoming birthday party.

NO. NO. NO. Nokia does not have an infra license; it cannot make or sell equipment, only handsets. Telson does not have infra license, only handsets. "Subscriber units" means handsets only.
