eichler,On the NDX, the downtrend line from the top of the consolidatiom/flag has been acting as pretty good support. siliconinvestor.com It held last Friday and on Monday. So far today. --Jim

eichler: 3889/91 was a strong resistance area now turned support (SRL). Today's COMPX price consolidation after the initial move down has been slightly above and below that range. Since it was strong resistance it should be strong support...you could be right. My COMPX intraday indicators are mostly in the oversold area with the 60-min lagging, still trending down. Time will tell, as always...<g> Heck, maybe a weekend end of day Friday rally... Note: The quick reversal after the break below several of the bearish intraday patterns has produce adjustments to the lower trend lines on some and putting some in jeopardy of being negated.
