Since the system is not perfect and even many state prosecutors admit that some innocents have been executed, then you are saying that the need to execute those who are guilty of the crimes they are convicted of is so great that it supercedes the innocent individual's supreme right to life? I contend that is an extremely immoral and unethical position. And that's where we differ. I hold that the rights of the individual supercede the power of the State and a State has NO rights -- only an individual can have rights.
