Are you a Constitutionalist or an Anarchist? Don't you think courts serve a purpose?

It would almost be fun to try that just to show how poor the system really is and they sure would all look like fools.

The fact is that there in no evidence that any innocent person has been executed by the state of Texas under Governor Bush. None.

There is plenty of evidence that paroled murderers have committed many additional murders. Further, paroled felons are said to be responsible for 6 murders in this country every day.

TB,
Hell if you acted like you didn't like authority figures, and dressed in scuffed up jeans, with a dirty tee shirt, crumpled tractor cap, and gave evil stares at the jury, you would look just like another good old Texas country boy. You would probably get your mouth washed out with soap, but you have that coming wherever you may be. ~H~

All I can say is that as long as Texas has their crazy death penalty I will refuse to travel there because with my temperament and predilection to challenge and mock "authority" figures I would undoubtedly be arrested and convicted of murder.

As far as refusing to travel to Texas, that is GOOD NEWS!!

As far as your "temperament and challenge and mocking"" hahahhaha. I know some ol boys that would take that right out of you, no charge...

<<Now, even though I was innocent (and would later prove it after I was convicted of being an evil monster, by producing receipts, airline tickets, and witnesses beyond approach that I was no where around the murder scene) wouldn't you agree that the jury would find me guilty and by Texas law the judge would sentence me to death? >>>

NO I WOULD NOT>
