Pardon me if I'm wrong, but if a reverse merger is in the works, is it really the current CEO's decision to go ahead with a reverse stock split. If we are truly looking at the genesis of an RM, I would assume the other company would call the shots on what needs to be done prior to the settlement and announcement. Please enlighten me if I'm way off base. Thanks.
