What document establishes "group rights"?
I'm not a lawyer so I don't know which of those hundreds of books of interpretations and precident and argument to find the text.

A good example occurred last night. A group right exists to witness Junior-George's latest execution. It's not an individual right, you can't buy tickets, or peek in the windows. Instead someone is appointed to represent the group, they get watch the guy struggle, and cough and stiffen, and then come out to tell you and Geraldo all about it. But they won't let the execution go on without a witness.

The Supreme Court has long held that a corporation has all the rights (except vote) of an individual. Except Microsoft, I guess.
