so what's the relationship between the OI and the contract's attractiveness to me? is it a liquidity issue as would be the float on common stock?

Polvie, I think RR was being kind with the PM, not wanting to embarrass me on the thread. With your question there was consolation in a 'group.' (And you just know there was a third party out there, 'croaking with anxiety, desperate to know but reluctant to ask.')
