I just called Market Data Integrity (the number listed at the bottom of the "Daily List") and was informed that the symbol change for TREY means that the "e" is being dropped. I also asked if that meant that the company was now considered compliant as of 6/26, and was told, "Yes, that's what it means."

Of course, the oddity of the present market conditions is that, after trading lower for part of a day, TREYE actually traded higher than it did the day before it got the "e", for the most part.

TREY: Everything I have been getting from the RB board of late indicates what you have stated. No de-listing. They thought they would meet the deadline, but last minute minor complications occurred and they were late. From what I understand, they did not file for an extension (to avoid the E) because they never expected a problem to occur.
IMO: All is well.. Kinda like finding a skid mark on a brand new role of toilet paper.
