When will they ever learn how to make money <G>?...I doubt that Kleiner Perkins (the main VC behind Amazon) or Morgan Stanley (their lead underwriter) are still holding many shares. I tend to think they booked their profits a LONG time ago...IMO, it's the naive Fund Managers, the small investors and some of the employees that are getting burned.

Amazon may not go out of business BUT I expect that it will be a VERY different firm a few years from now....Wal-mart could buy them (at these prices) without thinking twice about it -- Yet, would they want all that overhead.??..;-)
