sam_o: I am not recommending data services right now! I will be closing my long position in MSFT and going short again soon...but no public posting of the trade!

Back to market direction...<g>

Sam_o, Try Medved QuoteTracker (http://www.quotetracker.com). Its a free program that connects to DATEK Streaming quotes, Money.net and various other brokerage and quote sites. For DATEK, it lets you track up to 80 symbols instead of their 10/20 restriction. For Money.net and others you can track as many as you want. QT gives you real-time charts with tech indicators, integrated ISLAND Level II, advanced alerts, news monitoring, Hist. Charts, and a slew of other features.

QT is also more reliable than DATEK's streamer or ISLAND java applet. It automatically detects dead connections and reconnects and/or switches servers. It lets you explicitly specify the server to connect to as well (cannot do that in the Java applets).

Anyway, take a look. It will work fine on your 56K connection, and its free :)
