What do you think???

Frankly, I don't think that's what caused the drop. The S80 is old news. I can't see a basically boilerplate IBM PR release knocking SUNW shares for a loop; I don't think PR releases move stocks very much unless they concern earnings directly (and this one doesn't).

But I don't have another explanation. It certainly isn't the Next Generation Windows Vaporous Architecture Announcement Without Real World Ramifications. What happens in the next few days will tell the tale about whether something is really going on, or whether this is just another fractal market anomaly, which it probably is.
