You're right in that we Droids sometimes act like this is a football game. The important point is that intel could buy AMD for about $4 dollars a share. Thus the two market caps must move closer together sometime.

Also if AMD shipped 92,000 1Ghz chips, and got an ASP of about $600? (its a guess), that would work out to be +30 cents per share. I wonder if that included in the $1.05 average earning projection for this month? (LOL!) ...not to mention the rest of the Athlon lineup!

p.s., wouldn't you rather be Dilbert or Dogbert?
