Compaq Affiliate Files To Dispose Of 2M NetZero Shares (NZRO)

(NewsTraders.com)--CPQ Holdings, an affiliate of computer maker Compaq (CPQ), has submitted
regulatory paperwork putting aside 2 million shares of free internet service provider NetZero (NZRO) for
sale.

Chase H&Q and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter were named to dispose of the shares, which were valued
at about $18 million, according to a Form 144 filing released June 22.

The Compaq affiliate set May 25 as the prospective sale date for the stock.

Westlake Village, Calif.-based NetZero currently has about 104.8 million shares outstanding.

In recent market activity, shares of NetZero shed $0.25 to $5.75.
