What a wonderfully polite way of saying that Snyder is a complete buffoon [but we already knew that].
Fraud on the market vs. insider trading--thanks for clarifying. The two are quite distinct. Pragmatically, I'd think 'fraud' would be easier to prove in a court of law than 'insider information', just because the latter is so slippery (what did you know, when did you know it, etc.) Do you know if anybody has been successfully prosecuted under the 'fraud' laws? The number of obvious front running trading in the last month is just staggering. I'd think somebody is gonna get popped, but silence so far. Thanks again. Mike Doyle
