Remember yesterday afternoon when this site didn't work? Well, it was because the site was offline early this morning after the errors happened!! Yes, that's right. It appears that SI has in fact discovered a time machine that causes the site to screw up right before they take it offline to fix something, and that is what causes the problem. I guess they owe money for it too, because the email I got when I notified tech support has an ad in it. Check it out. It's very amusing (remember, the site was screwed up before they took it offline...): Hello, Thanks for writing. Silicon Investor was offline between the hours of 2:00 am & 4:00 am EST, and between 6:00 am & 6:30 am EST this Friday, June 23rd as part of a planned database upgrade. This caused an inability to access inboxes and post messages. We will be following up with two other brief outages next week, and they will also be scheduled during non-market hours. We will inform you by Private Message when the specific outage times are scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for contacting our customer service group.
