Hello Matt:

I agree with you that PALL's Arbutus property sounds like it has the potential to turn into a viable base metal exploration play. I don't know what the company is planning to do with the property but will call them tomorrow to find out. My guess is that if PALL's management is smart, they are taking this success and arranging financing to continue exploration on this and other properties the company owns.

Hello Matt:

I spoke with management in Toronto and they are very upbeat about the recent Arbutus results (12.2 meters of 2.5%Zn+Pb). I was told that the drill has been pulled off the property while the company is arranging financing to continue exploration on the property. Three different parties have indicated a strong interest in financing the next phase of exploration. Two of the three parties have seen the core and the property, and the third party will be on the property tomorrow. Several meetings have been held with each of the interested parties to negotiate terms for the financing. I was told that PALL hopes to have a deal finalized by the end of the week.
