Is it a real BBQ or online...? I want to be there too....hehehe... Speaking of those meatballs, try the ones at Costco (in freezer-5# box or bag), put in a pan, cover with 1 or 2 bottles KC BBQ Sauce, stir, put in 275 degree oven covered for 3 hours or so....THEY ARE GONE ALMOST AS SOON AS THEY GET OUT OF THE OVEN>..Men JUST hover around them, talking, hiding the toothpicks in funny places, so no one really can see how many of them they just ate....(Ladies are ever so much more delicate about it....eat and run, eat and run, eat and run.... :D) I always do 2 - 5# each boxes per party with about 20-40 people....they are always gone no matter what!
