<ot>Hi Zeev - IMHO, there is no reason you should have to apologize for the ignorance of others [unless you are a closet buddhist <vbg>.] In general, I find obsessiveness and small mindedness go hand in hand. It is sad in a way, b/c they tend to corrupt others and invite more negative responses to perpetuate the cycle.

To a degree, these people deserve our compassion. But then, when and if they ve made up their mind, even universal good qualities like compassion are for naught. It is not a fun thing to watch them destroying themselves, but pragmatically, no sense of going down with them if one cannot help them

JMHO

best, Bosco

<<(I wish he could say the same, he got to be the only person on my Ignore list because of his bent at personal attack, foul language, character assassination and distortion of the truth.)>>

Too bad Zeev you don't have the courtesy to reply to me directly....I've sent you a few PM...I've asked you for a list of questions to present at shareholder meetings and challenged you to face market facts....Too bad you have accused me of slander, foul language, and character assassination....and finally distortion of the truth...LOL...that really I find curious with your numerous slanted distorted "facts" you have shared with the Valence thread....

I truly would like to debate your record on Valence history...Your Valence commentary was a subject at the shareholder dinner and I'd like to invite other Valence shareholders to share their opinion of your commentary on this thread.....

Zeev I see you enjoy the kudos you recieve from your correct calls....Too bad you don't graciously accept constructive criticism....it's all part of the package...

My Private Message is not on Ignore and I invite you to contact me directly....To set the record straight!

Good luck,

MJ

Zeev & Thread:

I apologize for the wasted bandwidth over the past couple of days. I beleive it was my post calling the fool a fool which started the unfortunate number of ignored posts on the thread. I just looked at how many ingored responses there are (thank god for si adding this feature).

I've been following Zeev on and off for around two years (mostly on for the past 6 months) and those that also follow his comments know he is a straight shooter. I respect his opinions and its always been my choice on when to follow them. Without going through his record in detail I can attest to his calls on vlnc & I beleive Steve can as well. We both played the stock on its breakout over $7 last fall (I don't think I got in till around 9ish and I'm not going to go back and check my tax return).

A point Zeev didn't point out regarding vlnc is about a year and a half ago the stock ran to $11 and Zeev posted about the floorless. He caught a lot of flack but if people listened they would have missed the ride from $11 to $4ish and gotten back on board when it broke $7. Investors who practice the preservation of wealth in the risk / reward analysis, which I do, realize this was astute advice on Zeev's part.

I could write a book on Zeev's trades with vlnc but have better things to do (like when my daugher wakes up I have to feed her).

I just hope I can continue to contribute some ideas to help Zeev and others make money while I take some of their ideas to help me make money.

Have a good weekend everyone.

Tim

My apologies for adding to an essentially pointless debate, but you were criticized in an earlier post

had Zeev had any genuine interest in the real direction Valence was taking he would have contacted the company, interviewed directors and management and educated himself on the facts (remember the famous statement that he rarely talks to management.....that talking to management affects his "rational deliberations").....

I don't know whether you've been following HLIT, but the events of the past couple weeks clearly show how right you are in your skepticism about management statements (Applied Magnetics is another classic example of how investors were completely misled by management when they were contacted).

As the song says "You Win Again".
