sector rotation, since the 1998 top when there where 19% bears on investors intelligence and the lowest vix reading, investors have abandoned diversification and looked for the next big thing, new economy stocks, old economy stocks, b2c, b2b, optical, intrastructure yadda yadda, normal bull market behavior or an appetite for increased risk?
