Yeah, total scam, but it does bring up some important issues.. like "what determines the price of a stock" or "how many shares are required to move a stock by X amount" and "who determines what the price is" ? I'm sure internet tech insiders are putting their weight behind this proposal. After all, we wouldn't want anyone to know when they are dumping shares.. er, diversifying their portfolio.. er, buying braces for the kids... er, MONETIZING SHAREHOLDER IGNORANCE.
