I wasn't talking about the regulatory body anyway, I was talking about the stock-for-cash operation's scrutiny of Corel now that they've had the opportunity to think twice about it. They can back out at any minute with no penalty, and then there was the convenient delay in the filing that increased the potential dilution by 50%. But, really, who gives a damn. They are diluting the tar out of the company for a piddly amount of money because nobody will give them a dime otherwise. Corel is going to be the latest in a long list of cheezy-ass crapware peddlers to go belly up. The only surprise is that they've made it this far.

Theres more information on Graphon thread about Corel then on this thread. China is the next big place for Corel and Graphon. To much name calling and sore losers on this thread.
