This is embarrassing...and to think some people actually look to him for information. Consider his record... Sylver and the Shell group? <g> Saturday, 24 Jun 2000 at 10:43 AM EDT Post # of 59599 aaaa, I suggest if you are of those privy to the information Shell & co. has been, and considering the last 120 indictments including Andy Mann's GTRD, Cimino, etc., I would first, go to the authorities with how that info was procured and why this group of bashers has aligned themselves with Andy Mann, Rick Marchese & co. The best shareholders can do is supoort the Lorrichio's in the overhaul of management. Great scrutiny has to be paid to Creative Capital, George Doumanis, the "kickback" info Shell gave us (how she/he got it, Shell's group's past & present relationship with Sylver & any pump & dump they conspired, if any, against OTC investors. Furthermore, shareholders must demand to see any proxy, if one actually exists, of the authenticity of Sylver's prefered shares. Last week a shareholder rep, Bob Quiel, the Lorrichio Jr. & Qualey, who has agreed to come back on the board, met over the Sylver situation. I suggest ALL AZNT investors assist the SEC . It is the SEC's job to protect shareholders. If we must, class action will serve to extracate Sylver and protect our investment. I strongly urge all shareholders to contact the SEC. You can email me for contacts at PugsTKO@aol.com. The faster any ties to the group Shell is with are severed, the better. Other topics covered were 4 great products from Lorrichio. It appears Embe is the number one seller. I heard there is closure coming to the Mann case soon, but no details. The goal is to get rid of Sylver, retain an interim president, and overhaul management. Sales are good. I suggest going to the SEC if you have any info that will help get Sylver out of his position before the prefered stock issue is addressed. I believe that once Sylver is gone, a lot will be learned about Shell's group. Until then enjoy life! Pugs Sounds as if Pugs has just now discovered <s> a problem with the TA's...or their unwillingness was the problem might be a better way of looking at it. Kind of reminds me when he discovered a year later the news on RMIL...<s>
