Dear Samim, lets think a second. The Brazilian Telecommunications minister said the reason was that 1900 band must be reserved for 3G "where the world is looking". Hmmm... 1900 band... world is looking... hmmm... which 3G systems demand 1900 band... hmmmm... world is looking...hmmm...cryptic, cryptic. I know its difficult to understand all this, Samim.

Anyways, its good to know that people here see through me and me.
