I like to explore all the theoretical possibilities. You've forgotten to consider the other half of the equation and that is that the stock owned by all these insiders cost nothing. So it is possible that they can buy some rough stones from somewhere else and add them to the alluvial material. Don't forget, somebody had to buy the gold to salt the Bre-X assays. And it may have been the same person who was selling stock (to pay for it!). No?

It seems to me that alluvial diamond mines would be fairly easy to either salt or steal the product. I'm not suggesting that this company is doing either. I'm just saying that you and me are in no position to really know what is going on there and in those cases I prefer not to own the stock.

If the properties are so good and the cash flow potential is so great why are the analysts ignoring the Company? Who is following this company? It may have 25 million of revenue this year. Surely that should get someone's attention. Is the low valuation all explained by country risk?

Look, I don't know this company nor anybody in it and I didn't mean to cast aspersion on it. If I did that I apologize. I think that if you new this was an incredible buy it's unlikely you would be telling me about it.

And, the stock is trading at 13.2x pretax income fully diluted. Is this cheap? They also spend about $500,000 per year on investor relations. Is this a lot for solid company's?
