Nero, pwer is a company that has been around since the late 70's. I was privately held until a management buyout a few years ago. It went public and the stock traded in a range of around 7 to 25+. In the past 12 to 18 months, the company made a number of key acquisitions that the analysts liked. Pwer sell into a number of different markets. One key market is the telecom market and Wall Streets loves this. Cisco accounts for approximately 13% of their sales. I could go on and on. However, I recommend that you do some research on the company and its management team. For example, the CEO and Chairman has been with pwer since 1982. The majority of the team has been their over a decade.

The only concern that I have is the stock getting ahead of itself. It just can't keep going up everyday. Sooner or later, it has to correct. The question is when and how much?

When you do your research, you'll see that some people claim that there has been "excessive" insider selling. IMO, this selling in not unusual, and it follows the same pattern as all the other tech companies.

Good luck...

nero, yes,Dreihaus said it was already a big holding even BEFORE he knew anything about the company,as they were loading it on a TA basis only, but then,on having a conference as to why is it moving, they got very excited about this stock, and that ,in his view, the extreme importance Clean Electricity will become, and he felt Power One could become the gorrilla in this new area, and the growth potential was major.max
