Every stock manipulation case I have ever heard of was to try and push the price up and to sell to the unknowing public. Similar to what you are doing here. You are right, i think we are seeing the dark side of wall street.

Computerized Thermal Imaging Preps for Product Launch, Internet Presence
Company Expands Marketing Team

Portland, Oregon - June 26, 2000 -- Computerized Thermal Imaging announced today the hiring of John M. Ott to fill the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Ott will be responsible for developing and implementing CTI?s corporate, product, and Internet marketing strategies. Ott will immediately focus on developing an Internet strategy to augment CTI?s focus on diagnostic imaging for both breast cancer detection and occupational medicine.

?CTI has started distribution of its diagnostic imaging products,? stated David B. Johnston, CEO ?and the Internet will be a critical part of our success. John understands both the marketing and business implications of the Internet and has had extensive experience with launching products as well as penetrating new markets. He is a great asset to the team.?

Ott joins CTI from a Microsoft venture-funded start-up where he launched an Internet based vertical portal for electronic design engineers. He has had extensive experience in exploiting the Internet for dissemination of information as well as for sales and distribution. Ott launched the first e-commerce site in the $4B Electronic Design Automation industry. Ott has held a variety of marketing and operations positions with various technology companies including Intel, Mentor Graphics, and Synopsys. He received a BSEE degree from Brigham Young University, and completed postgraduate studies in digital communication at Santa Clara University.

CTI also announced the hiring of Brian A. Dalio as Vice President of Business Development, and David Alles as Vice President of Internet Operations. They will both be reporting to Ott. Dalio has over 20 years of technology experience in a wide variety of fields. Most recently, Dr. Dalio was the CTO of an Internet based start-up where he was concentrating on applying collaboration technology to electronic design. He holds a PhD from Brown University in Computer Science, focusing on algorithm development. Brian will help to expand CTI's technical and business relationships in areas such as software standards, intellectual property, and contract manufacturing and support.

Alles was a founder of an Internet start-up where he was responsible for successfully executing an aggregation strategy that changed the way the industry looked at vertical portals. David has extensive experience with Internet technology as well as logistics from his tenure at Intel. Mr. Alles received his BS degree from Carnegie Mellon University. David will develop and manage the company's Internet presence.
