tonto,

Pugs and his buddies forget that it is we who were charged with going to agencies with info...now he takes credit for the 120?

Actually, that whole thing was *my* doing, believe it or not!

After close observation of many of these people for some time, I was fortunate enough to catch them red-handed. Crime in progress, so to speak. Though I'm not at liberty to divulge which one (yet), I did catch one of them jay-walking in NY. I literally ran to a pay phone and called the nearest SEC advocate with this information. He instructed me to wait by the booth for further instructions. A huge black limo arrived in no more than 10 minutes. I was quickly hustled inside where I repeated the jay-walking incident. (You know, these guys are never nailed on the "real" crimes. The authorities always get 'em on something else, like jay-walking.) I was then blindfolded and delivered to some secret location. I suspect it wasn't in NYC, though. The trip was far too long, unless they were just driving around to confuse me. When the blindfold was removed, I found myself surrounded by SEC people, all giving me high fives. They explained that because I was now an informer, that my life was in danger. So I was given something that the SEC only rarely gives out, and never admits to publicly: a bullet-proof vest. In the whole history of the SEC, they've only given these out twice. They said I was the second person to get one. The first was somewhere out west, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, I forget exactly where. Now I find myself getting ready to enter the Witness Protection Program. They'll change my name, all of my identifying information, and relocate me to another city. We'll never again be able to see our old friends or even family. It's like I no longer exist. As I tell my wife, it will be very, very tough on us, but it's worth the pain to see these guys nailed for jay-walking!

The Puggle is a cosmic moron. That he could imagine that the SEC defers to the counsel of someone who believes there's a Pink Sheet Trading Floor is in itself hilarious.

He still doesn't understand a damned thing.

But I do think his latest screamingly funny effort merits a reposting here:

Janice, you are a comedian, aren't you? I will say that it was research of 'your' claims, and it's validity, that motivated us to go to the SEC. In discussions with SEC agents, the question of how you got such "inside" information and how you use that info was addressed.
Some of us caught Mike Sylver in lies, outside of your claims. That led us to look deeper into your claims. Your intimate knowledge of those who orchestrated the AZNT pump & dump, your intimate relationship with Rick Marchese, the fictional characters you two created to manipulate AZNT stock price, Your allegiance to Andy Mann, WellRich and your participation in the Pittera lawsuits against investors does not paint a picture of an investor advocate, rather, a participant in the pump & dump scheme. Again, that is a job for the authorities to discern.
Moreso, you should be happy that AZNT investors applaud the Lorrichios for their scrutiny of Mike Sylver, the on going agressive attempting of ridding him and, en masse, insiders and stockholders defering to the SEC for help in this matter. If you are claiming the Lorrichio's are aware of Sylver's possible past dealings with your group, then I suggest you to go to the SEC like we have. We are providing as much info as possible to protect our investment and expose your network. If you aren't applauding our effort, please inform us of why you feel Lorrochio Jr. & Sr. are questionable. The inconsistencies I have seen are with Sylver & we have gone to the SEC just as agressively we have against others in your network.
Contrary to what you think, we are learning as we go & the 120 indictments demonstrates irrevocably we are making a difference. I strong urge all investors go to the SEC with any complaints, it is your investment.
As for AZNT it's future is w/o Sylver and after Shell's groups participation here has ended. No matter what changes are made, Shell & gang desire terminal short.
Have a great weekend!
