One more thought for you then I'll think about it overnight but we did it on COMS/PALM and 2 others with the formula and it worked out that you add the price you get from the formula to the share price of primary stock before it takes off on ipo run.

COMS we hit at $70 using $50 as our valuation point before the ipos run (a little late to the party)when the stock accelerates do to IPO. COMS ran to 100 + when the add in was like 57ish. What are you an accountant? I think our method works better. Who knows I'll think about it. Maybe your way makes more sense but mine gets a higher price aye?
