We better get together......That is a given....I'll come over and get me a place and stay for a couple of nights.....pretty over there. We can at least do lunch......Looking for things to do, places to go...We got 11 months to fill in before our next party....I think we are going to be having a bunch of mini parties just to hold us from getting to homesick for Atlanta and Gold Creek......and the family.

love,
dealer

Jamie,

We are in the same boat. I sat back in January/February and discussed with my wife how fortunate we have been and that we could sell some stock and pay off everything we have and still have plenty left over. Naturally, greed took over and we didnt sell much of anything. In fact, when we hit 4200 on the naz and everybody signaled that as a bottom, I went overboard on margin ( greed factor will get you every time )and bought truckloads of qcom, cmgi and etc, etc...

Needless to say this was a bad, bad move. Had we not been so heavy on margin, then we wouldnt have had to sell a thing, but we did. Anyway, it is nauseating to see just where we were a few short months ago. It is even more nauseating to see that our holdings are 1/4 what they were, so even a nice recovery gets us not even close to where we were. But even more nauseating is even trying to talk about this "recovery". I mean sheez. Qcom cannot catch a break. After every bit of bad news, I say "this is it, it cant get any worse". We get something good, go up a few points, and then Bam, right back down again on more drivel. CMGI is basically the same. I never would have believed we'd be in the $40's....heck, $50's to $80's for that matter also. When it first dropped, I remember buying more at $117 thinking " what a bargain", and then I placed an oder at $100 which I didnt think we would get. Resistance held as it would hit the $102 are a few times before going back to $110 - $115, and then boom, I come in to find I got my shares at $100, the stock was at $95 and it was downhill from there. $80 was next, and frankly I dont even remember the $60's. Then we hit upper $40's, started a slow recovery and it looked like we could break out above $60 and run hard...instead, it pulled a qcom and with the naz gaining 800 points, cmgi dropped and dropped.

Anyway, very frustrating to say the least. It seems as though everything I have is stuck in the mud, except for JDSU, and get this...JDSU is the ONLY stock I have covered and it will be taken from me eventually at a paltry price I am sure.

Anyway, what can one do.......??????? Wait, be patient and hope we get back to where we were.

Have a great Sunday

Keith
