Interesting article: cnbc.com Particularly this sentence toward the end: "Value stocks won't get true value unless they develop a technology strategy." I do not entirely agree with that statement. I think value stocks which are there because of temporary, cyclical problems in their industry can still provide excellent returns if you buy them right. Manufactured Housing comes to mind as one such group that will eventually be a good buy.
