Terrence, there are mitigating circumstances surrounding Mr. Graham. He has admitted to raping, robbing and shooting people on his crime spree. He just denies killing the man who was killed. His other crimes are heinous. Also, the one man he shot in the leg says the only reason he isn't dead is that he was stronger than Graham and Graham was a bad shot. I believe he admitted to many heinous crimes but just denied the one. The one he denied had an eyewitness. And, she is black just in case you would say it was racially motivated. Also, a bailiff said Graham said to him that the next time he won't leave any witnesses. Not a good man to defend. His life was worthless because he had no conscience and had a very mean heart. I don't know this as a fact but I do believe he would have killed again if he could have ever had the opportunity. Frank
