That is my understanding. I am not 100% certain since this was in the media and not everything they report is always accurate, as I am sure you would agree.

I am leaving the thread now. Perhaps I can pick this up tomorrow. I just bought a new sports car and feel the urge to take her out on the open road and let her feel her oats while I ponder the issues we discussed tonight.
