Haim,

In light of other currencies willingness to raise interest rates, will the hold position by the Fed (assuming they don't raise) be construed as weakness; causing the dollar to lose ground, which in turn could cause further downside action in the markets? In other words, will this time be different? Or will the market flip AG the bird again, if he doesn't take the hardline stance? If the market rages higher, will we see another 1/2% rate hike later?
